Oh wow, where to begin with this family? Let’s see… So the Milbauer family is more like friends to me now than clients. I started out shooting Reilly’s sister’s bridals, then wedding, then one year anniversary pictures (you can see those here, actually!), another sister’s maternity photos and also the sweet baby boy (you’ll see plenty of him below!) who all of the family just adore, and now Reilly’s wedding. Every time I get around these girls (or their mom!), it turns into a couple hour gab session. It’s more like we just kind of hang out and I just so happen to be taking pictures at the same time! Aside from how much we actually talk and get along, every time I’m around them, I truly feel like family. But that’s just how they are: big hearts, welcoming arms, and a strong, strong sense of family and connection. I love that so very much, and I can only hope that I can raise my own children with such love one day!

Reilly and Jordan were married outside at Reilly’s family’s home in Argyle, complete with wildflower bouquets, petal showers, and some bridal portraits with a horse (Reilly’s love for horses is strong!), they had their dog in the ceremony as well, flower collar wreath and all. The family built an amazing wooden wall around an old tree that has been on the property even before there was a home. There was so much love and time put into the whole wedding by so many people, and it was just magical!
