Every time I would get together with Leslie (and also Vince for their engagement shoot), I felt like I liked them TOO much. Too much that I was actually forgetting I was shooting and not just out with a friend! It would be so hard for me, because I’d have to try and STOP talking and wanting to hear more about their stories so I could get back to shooting! Haha.
Leslie is suuuch an epitome of timeless, classic glamour with her ruby lips, pale (flawless) skin, dark hair and amazing lashes! When I saw her in her wedding dress for the first time, I nearly cried!
The two of them told me repeatedly that their main goal for their wedding was for their guests to enjoy themselves. And boy did they!! I could go on and on about the actual reception decor at the Texas & Pacific Station in Fort Worth (I’m a sucker for some golds and creams), but two main things added to this FUN night: Trey & the Tritones were the AMAZING entertainment, and SANTA showed up!! It was a week before Christmas, and I felt like a scene from ELF when I saw him. It was truly, truly magical to watch all the children follow him around and interact with him, and I have to confess that Kristen and I both got a picture with him (see below!)
It was an AWESOME night to finish off my 2014 weddings, and I’m SO lucky to have been a part!
Thanks again, Leslie and Vince! Congratulations and keep in touch!
