What a beautiful wedding! Both the ceremony at Cox Chapel and the reception at the Dallas Arboretum! When Sarah up at Each and Every Detail contacted me asking if I was available for Hillary and JJ’s date, I was SO. EXCITED. to say yes! And then I met Hillary and JJ and got even MORE excited about it all! They are two people who have already accomplished so, SO much in life with their education and careers, which is already awe-inspiring in itself, but you guys know me: I’m all about the raw, honest emotion between two people.
In saying that, I consider myself so very lucky to have been able to actually capture some of those moments that you can actually SEE and FEEL that connection between Hillary and JJ. There are truly so many moments when JJ and Hillary look at each other that stand as evidence of their adoration for one another. The most distinct to me is JJ’s tender embrace during their first look. It makes my heart swell!
After the ceremony at the beautiful SMU Cox Chapel, we were so lucky to take some photos after the wedding at the Dallas Arboretum afterwards, and had a large portion of the Arboretum gardens to ourselves! The reception was accented with pops of copper (love!) alongside fresh flowers and held inside of the Rosine Hall. It was an amazing experience!
