You might have read the blog on Helen’s bridal portraits, so you already know how in love I am with Helen’s classic, timeless, and elegant. Sean is a perfect match for her! They just seem to work so well together, as if they truly were made for each other from the beginning! Both of them have a love for learning (Helen is a teacher, after all), and decided to pick one of the most awesome places to get married: the Perot Museum of Nature and Science!
I can hear you now: “Wait, what? You can get married *IN* the museum?!” Yes, my dear very excited reader, you can! In fact, Sean and Helen were married in the gem room at the museum, surrounded with so many precious, amazing stones, gems, and minerals. Their ceremony took place in front of the giant amethyst display, while their reception took place on the main floor, with the dance floor underneath “dancing” water molecules with an enormous dinosaur fossil exhibit in the background. It pretty much took all that I had to not just put my camera down and go roaming around an empty museum!
Thank you again, Helen and Sean, for allowing me to be a part of this awesome experience! And thank you so much again for the adorable shirts for my boys! Soon enough I’ll be able to get a picture of them BOTH dressed. Ha! 🙂
