So I shot Bailey and Pudge’s (AKA Ivan, if you feel like calling him by his proper name) wedding on my birthday. MY BIRTHDAY, GUYS. Normally, getting an inquiry on any birthday (mine, my husband’s, my kids’) is an automatic “No, I’m sorry,” but Bailey and Pudge first approached their good friend Kristina, who a lot of you may know as my right hand (wo)man, main assistant shooter, and BFF, letting her know that IT HAD TO HAPPEN. Kristina pulled her major strings with, “Hey, look at them. They’re awesome, Bailey is gorgeous, Ivan thinks you look like Alex from ‘Orange is the New Black’… will you do it?” So of course, duh, yes! It doesn’t hurt that there were getting married at the amazing Milestone Mansion in Aubrey!

And man, you don’t expect to have so much fun at work, but I have to say that if there was ANY wedding I wanted to work on my birthday, THIS was it! The entire group of the bridal party was so much fun and just made the wedding a blast! I absolutely loved everyone who took a part; there was so much laughter the entire day, everyone had a smile on their face from start to finish!

AND CAN WE JUST TALK ABOUT HOW RIDICULOUSLY GOOD LOOKING THESE PEOPLE ARE? (Little Zoolander reference for you there…) First of all, UM HOLY CRAP Bailey’s bridal portraits at The Milestone were just flipping awe worthy. (Click here if you missed the blog post). Secondly, the two of them are gonna make some gorgeous babies! I’m just sayin’… Pair this couple with the beautiful Aubrey Mansion of the Milestone and we made some serious magic!
