Oh, how I adore this family. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how I honestly and truly feel as if these people and these children are my family as well. In a way, they are, right? As the saying goes, “Friends are family that you choose.” I’m so thankful and grateful to be a part of their lives and even more so, to have them in mine. Lorelei is the first girl of our little tribe, and I was so, so honored and excited to photograph her.

I might have missed her birth, dangit (payback–thanks a lot, Kristen), but I look forward to every day I get to snuggle this little girl!

Here’s to our one day hippie commune. Until then, we’ll keep trying to talk you guys into moving up north. 😉
