Larissa’s Bridals (Hickory Street Annex Portraits)

Gorgeous, gorgeous Larissa! I was so excited when Larissa emailed me to shoot her bridals at the Hickory Street Annex in Dallas! It’s a beautiful historic venue in Dallas and Larissa is a beautiful bride to match! She rocked my favorite Texas bridal look: a wedding dress with cowboy boots! She asked if she could surprise her hubby-to-be by including their dog in the bridal pictures. And what did I say? Umm, YES! This bride and her dog definitely made for some very loving portraits together!

I only wish I could have photographed their October wedding at the Hickory Street Annex. Silly me, I was all 40 weeks pregnant and junk. Boo!

Emily + Colby (Fort Worth Bass Hall Wedding)

I love Emily and Colby! I do. I can’t help it. They are such great people and I’ve enjoyed the time I’ve gotten to spend with them both! There were so many things that I adore about this wedding: the venue (Bass Hall), the wedding colors (deep purple and lime green), their bridal party (what a fun crowd!), and all that fantastic TCU pride! I don’t think I will ever forget the mascot for TCU is the horned frogs. Someday I’ll be on Jeopardy and that will be the winning question. What, you don’t think I can make it on Jeopardy?! Yeah, okay. You got me.

Oh, and to those who wonder at the last couple pictures, “Is that a Lambo?!” Why yes, yes it is.

Our little boy, coming soon… (Maternity Portrait)

A personal picture of me, 30 weeks pregnant. It’s definitely been an exciting adventure so far. I can only imagine where life is going to take us from here. The name was decided before we even conceived during our many talks of children. Middle name still to be determined.
